Hope you enjoy our collections of Honda Civic Third Generation Hatchback pictures above. In addition to the hatchback form, this generation Civic is also present in the form of a 5-door sedan, coupe (called CRX), and station wagon or called Shuttle in some markets. This is the last station wagon that carries the name of the Civic, for some time to come. Honda also presents a more sporty Civic Si, with the form of 'iron'. The performance is great by using a DOHC 4 cylinder Honda engine with 122 hp. 0-100 kph can be achieved in 6.8 seconds, and immediately becomes a 'hit', especially in Europe. This is because in those days, usually compact cars on the continent only had 100 horse power.
